Because there is no greater luxury than your time, Lincoln provides you with an effortless way to service your vehicle. Just schedule a time and place convenient to you, and we will bring you a loaner vehicle when we pick up yours. We will then drop your vehicle off to you when finished.

Scheduling your pickup is simple. You can call your local dealership

or contact us through the Lincoln Way app to choose a time and place.

2. SEAMLESS EXCHANGE

Our Lincoln Service Valets will come to you wherever you are to pick up

your vehicle and provide you with a Lincoln Loaner within 30km of your preferred dealer.

3. CONVENIENT UPDATES

We will send you updates via phone, text or email.

4. READY TO DRIVE

We will deliver your vehicle back to you washed,

serviced and ready for your next journey.

Lincoln Pickup & Delivery service is valid for owners of 2018 and newer model-year Lincoln vehicles. Service is available for retail and warranty repair. Mileage limitations may apply. *Pickup & Delivery service is valid for owners of new 2018 model year and newer Lincoln vehicles. Service coverage begins at the New Vehicle Limited Warranty Start Date and 0km. Coverage ends at 4 years from the Warranty Start Date or 80,000km, whichever occurs first. Service is available for retail and warranty repair. Loaner vehicle available for up to 24 hours or until service is complete, whichever occurs first. Some service exclusions and mileage limitations may apply, see your dealer for full details.
